Digital Products Only

 

All products sold on this website are digital goods (including ebooks, digital downloads, video programs, subscriptions, and online services).


No physical products are shipped.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Digital downloads that have already been accessed or delivered

  • Online courses, video programs, or recorded content

  • Subscriptions after access has been granted

  • Consulting, strategy sessions, or digital services once delivered or scheduled

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our intellectual property and digital content.

Exceptions

 

A refund may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product

  • You were unable to access the digital product due to a verified technical issue on our side

  • A product was materially misdescribed at the point of purchase

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
