A narrative that works in one market does not always travel intact. Effective localization means determining what should remain consistent, what needs to adapt, and how your organization can resonate in China or Southeast Asia without losing the integrity of its wider brand or identity. Narrative Strategy Alignment moves beyond diagnosing existing messaging. TLGI works with you to develop the narrative itself: the central story, the messages that should carry the greatest weight, and the distinctions that matter across audiences and contexts. The outcome is a clear narrative strategy that can guide future communications, campaigns, and content across the intended market or region. The engagement combines review of existing materials with a 90-minute discovery and strategy session, followed by TLGI analysis and narrative development. Two subsequent 60-minute working sessions allow us to test, refine, and apply the emerging direction. You will receive a 6–10 page Narrative Strategy Brief setting out the developed narrative, key messages and priorities, cross-market distinctions, and guidance on tone and application. TLGI will also review one early implementation item and provide two weeks of limited follow-up guidance. TLGI helps determine what the narrative should become and how it should work across contexts; extensive writing, campaign production, and ongoing implementation can be scoped separately.
